LPGA 투어 대표 선수인 브룩 헨더슨(Brooke Henderson)이 2026년 '다우 임팩트 어워드(Dow Impact Award)' 수상자로 공식 선정됐다.
다우 임팩트 어워드는 탁월한 기량뿐만 아니라 지역사회 기여와 지속가능한 가치 실천 등 코스 안팎에서 긍정적인 사회적 영향력을 발휘한 선수에게 수여되는 상이다.
헨더슨은 그동안 꾸준한 자선 활동과 스포츠맨십을 바탕으로 골프계 안팎에 귀감이 되어 왔으며, 이번 수상을 통해 그 공로를 다시 한번 인정받게 됐다.

In its second year, the Dow Impact Award garnered over double the amount of fan votes compared to 2025, with Henderson earning more than half.
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., and MIDLAND, Mich. (Sept. 24, 2026) –
are excited to announce Brooke Henderson as the recipient of the 2026 Dow Impact Award following an 18-day fan voting period. She was honored for her extraordinary leadership, service and dedication to others, both on the course and within the communities she’s passionate about. This year, Henderson was recognized amongst a class of four incredible nominees, who together earned more than 6,900 total votes. To celebrate and help extend her impact, she will receive a $25,000 cash award and a matching contribution to a charity of her choice.
“I am incredibly honored to receive the Dow Impact Award,” said Henderson. “I am grateful to everyone who took the time to vote and support me throughout this process. Giving back and helping others has always been very important to me, and I am thankful to Dow and the LPGA for creating a platform that allows us to shine a light on the causes that are meaningful to us. Hopefully it inspires others to get involved and make a positive impact in their communities.”
Beyond her accomplishments as a professional LPGA athlete — 14 career wins, including two majors and $16.8 million in official career earnings — Henderson has consistently used her platform to support initiatives that matter to her, like children’s health. Her commitment to making a difference extends well beyond the golf course, with a longstanding record of giving back to initiatives close to her heart:
Through supporting children’s health, cancer research and cardiac care, Henderson has raised over $4.5 million for heart health through her partnership with Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and support of the CPKC Women’s Open.
Henderson and her sister, Brittany, raised $27,000 through a home golf clinic in Ottawa benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Perth and Smiths Falls Hospital, and the Wildlife Fund of Canada.
She regularly participates in and supports charity events hosted by fellow LPGA players, including Brittany Lincicome and Morgan Pressel.
Henderson’s dedication to giving back and leaving a positive impact reflects the values Dow strives to embody and clearly resonated with fans throughout the Dow Impact Award voting process. The strong support she received from fans across Canada is a testament to the special connection Henderson has built with her home country and the pride Canadians take in cheering her on.

Jeeno Thitikul was named runner-up of the 2026 Dow Impact Award, earning a $15,000 cash award. As co-creator of the JK Charity Initiative, Thitikul and Epson Tour athlete Keera Foocharoen have raised funds to build new classrooms for three rural schools in Thailand. She also secured $350,000 to purchase essential medical supplies for rural healthcare facilities. Other 2026 Dow Impact Award nominees included Danielle Kang and Angel Yin, who are both honored with $5,000 cash awards to help expand their impact.
